Regular Hours:  9:00am to 5:00pm, we do not close for lunch. 

Delayed opening on Tuesday, April 21, the office will open at 10:30am.

Appointments, while not necessary, are encouraged as our research room is small and can only accommodate two researchers at a time.

DOG LICENSES

Congratulations to Ruby! Dog #1 winner of the Wilmington Works raffle!

Who will be Dog #1 for 2026 ???  Watch for the new raffle in January!

Dog licenses are available at the town clerk’s office or by submitting a Dog License Application 2026  along with proof of current Rabies Vaccine. The fee is $12 for dogs that are spayed or neutered and $16 for dogs that are not spayed or neutered.  Separate proof of spay/neuter must accompany all applications unless noted on the Rabies Certificate.

A dog must have had a rabies inoculation not more than 36 months prior to the date of licensing for older dogs.  Not more than 12 months for puppies.  Licensing renewals due by April 1st. Late fees will apply.

**NO LICENSES WITHOUT PROOF OF A CURRENT RABIES VACCINE**
